Below is a list of surcharges included depending on the request.
Airport Surcharge
$10 additional parking surcharge applies for Melbourne Airport pick up to destinations
Early/Late Hours Surcharge
$20 additional surcharge applies for bookings made between 2230 hours to 0530 hours
Premium Event Surcharge
$25 additional surcharge applies for any bookings made in conjunction with the premium event dates
Booster/Car Seat Surcharge
$20 additional booster/car seat surcharge applies for children under the age of seven
Extra Stop Surcharge
$20 additional surcharge applies for extra stop per transfer
Public Holiday Surcharge
$25 additional surcharge applies for any bookings made on public holidays
Concierge Service Surcharge
$50 additional surcharge applies for concierge service request for luggage assistance
On Hold Service Surcharge
$120 per hour additional surcharge applies for waiting time with a minimum requirement of four hours
Waiting Time Surcharge
The first 30 minutes of waiting is free of charge, subsequent waiting time will be charged at $45 per 30 minutes interval
